If I do decide to report violations what can I expect?
What about being a witness?
It is important to realize that successful enforcement is based on proving the facts of a violation.
In order for the enforcement process to function, independent witnesses are necessary to obtain convictions.
If you believe that reporting a by-law violation is important, please understand that you may be subpoenaed as a witness should charges be laid under any of the Township by-laws.
