Committee of Adjustment

The Committee of Adjustment is a committee appointed by Council to make decisions on consent and minor variance applications. The Committee consists of five members.  Committee of Adjustment meetings are typically held on the third Monday of each month unless this is a holiday or there are no applications. 

The Committee of Adjustment deals with planning applications for Minor Variance to the zoning by-law and Consents (severances, easements, rights of way).
