Corporate Business Plan

The Corporate Business Plan is a continuation and improvement of the departmental business plan document introduced to Township Council in 2004.

The first year of business plan development (2004) focused primarily on familiarization and integration of the concept and associated processes. Clearly identifying and documenting projects, work program tracking, staff development, and alignment with the strategic plan is part of a comprehensive, measurable and unifying process affecting the corporation. Developed by Township Staff to assist in ensuring appropriate and efficient resource allocation for programs and services, and to support the pursuit and implementation of the goals contained within the strategic plan the Corporate Plan contributes to the delivery of high quality services associated with the Township.
