Elmira Farmers' Market
During your stay in Elmira, visit the Farmers' Market on Maple Street. All vendors live within a 16 kilometer radius of Elmira, and selling produce, home baking, handcrafted items, flowering plants, trees, herbal teas, and pork, turkey, and beef products. The market is open Saturday mornings from 8 am to 1 pm, May until October.
St. Jacobs Farmers' Market
St. Jacobs Farmers' Market continues to complement the strong agricultural activity of the area, and provide a unique and lively place to shop. At the market, you will find aisle upon aisle of fresh produce from across Ontario and from local farm gardens. Plus, you will find meats, cheese, baking, crafts, home decor, furniture, clothes, tools and more.
Local delicacies such as summer sausage and pure maple syrup are sold by Mennonite farmers who travel to market by horse and buggy. Indoors and outdoors, on the east and west side of Weber Street, you will find more than 600 vendors! Come and fill your market basket! Also, enjoy live performances by Buskers and special events throughout the year!
