Maple Syrup Festival

The Elmira Maple Syrup Festival is an annual event. One goal of the festival is to build and strengthen community spirit through the involvement of a large number of volunteer area residents. Continuing a tradition of 45 years, the Elmira Maple Syrup Festival continues to promote the community, surrounding area and local maple syrup producers.

The Festival raises money every year to donate to Elmira and District Association for Community Living and other community non-profit organizations.

If you are interested in the history of maple syrup, there is a Maple Syrup Museum located in the Village of St. Jacobs.
