The Visitor Information Centre is open mid-May to mid-October:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Doors open from 9am to 5pm. No staff on duty.
- Saturday - Doors open from 7am to 5pm, and staffed from 8am to 4pm.
- Tuesday, Thursday - Doors open and staffed from 9am to 5pm .
- Sunday - Doors open from 11am to 5pm and staffed.
