Lot Releases

Who needs this?
After the land parcel was developed and the house or building was erected; the property owner, the developer or the builder is responsible to submit the final lot grading certificate for lot release. As soon as the staff received the final lot grading certificate signed by the licensed surveyor, the staff will inform the developer, builder or the property owner to apply for lot release.

The staff conducts lot grading inspection and checks the actual and design elevation of the property as well as the basic requirements stated in the subdivision agreement such as roads (base asphalt minimum), driveway, blvd, sidewalk, tree planting, street lights and the basic municipal services
