Fireworks

By-law 63-95 of the Township of Woolwich prohibits the sale and use of firecrackers and regulates the sale and use of fireworks. Click here for a copy of the by-law.

Anyone wishing to hold a public fireworks display must apply to the Township of Woolwich for permission. Please review the conditions of a permit in the by-law prior to applying for a permit.
