Roads and Addresses Affected: Mill Street, Elmira (Arthur Street South to behind TD Bank. - 65 meters from Memorial). At 65 meters from Memorial, Mill street will become a two-way street. This will allow traffic to the bank and other businesses.

Dates and Times: May 19^th at 7:00 a.m. till October 10^th at 3:00 p.m., 2023.

Reason: Patio dinning during the summer months.

Notes: The road will be fully closed. Please watch for detours and plan accordingly.
