The Region of Waterloo Library has three branches in the Township of Woolwich:

• Bloomingdale Branch
• Elmira Branch

• • Library service hours are Tuesdays, 4:30-7:30

• • Borrow and return library materials
  • Pick up materials on hold for you, and learn more about the library
• PLEASE NOTE: Drop off bin location located outside of the BCC

New library members are always welcome – a new library card can be issued  onsite.
