The Swim Admittance Policy is in effect for all swims
Aquafit |
Work out in the low-impact pool environment. This full body water workout, is for anyone, especially those with joint injuries or ailments. This class is taught in the lap pool. |
Family and Senior Swim |
Join us for a quieter swim environment. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult in the water. Lap and leisure pools, unless otherwise noted. The diving board is not available. |
Gentle Aquafit |
A low impact class designed to help increase mobility and strength. This class is taught in the leisure pool. |
Lane Swim |
A great cardio exercise. Flutterboards and pull buoys are available for use. |
