⚠️ Significant Weather Event
Due to the significant snowfall we have received, our Operations staff are working hard to clear roads as quickly and safely as possible.
Our crews are prioritizing:
Priority One roads: High-volume roads, routes that serve schools and care facilities, main entries to urban developments, and industrial areas.
Priority Two roads: Roads that serve residential properties only. These will be cleared after all Priority One roads are addressed.
We kindly ask residents to refrain from calling Public Works about uncleared roads until 24 hours after the significant weather event has ended. This allows our crews to focus on snow removal and ensures phone lines remain available for urgent matters.
