Youth Impact Survey
The Children and Youth Planning Table is looking for young people to fill out the YOUTH IMPACT SURVEY! It’s live from May 1 to the end of the month.
The survey asks young people aged 9 – 18 questions about how they are doing and about their life. That includes things like:

how you’re feeling
-
what you like to do
-
your thoughts about school and community
Decision makers in Waterloo region want to hear what young people think so they can make better programs, services, and supports for you. We hope you’ll fill it out and share it with your friends!
Here’s what you need to know:

The survey is voluntary and anonymous!

It will take about 20-30 minutes to complete.
By filling out the survey, you’ll get:

Volunteer hours! You’ll get one hour for completing the survey.

Prizes! Completed the Youth Impact Survey? You can enter into a draw for a chance to win one of over 50 prizes, including a Nintendo Switch 2, an iPad Air, a Flair Airlines flight, a laptop, a TV, a 3D printer, AirPods, gift cards, and more!
