Notice in the event of a Canada Post strike, mail service to and from the Township of Woolwich will be interrupted.  Residents will still be obligated to pay tax and water bills. Residents are encouraged to sign up for eBilling to prevent delayed invoices and payments.

Township of Woolwich Pickup Hub

All WMC Pickleball Programs will be moving from drop in to online registration through PickUpHub as of Monday December 2nd.  Please see our FAQ page for more information.

Pickleball- Reservation Required

Open play. No experience required. 

Nets and balls provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own paddles. Limited quantity of paddles available.

You can use this service to:

  • search for activities by age, location, date, and more 
  • add yourself to a waitlist if a program is full
  • register and pay with credit card

Registration Policies

Before requesting a refund, ensure you meet our withdrawal criteria below.

If your request is successful a credit will show on your online account or a refund will show on the original payment used. 

Withdrawal criteria:

  • single day program & registered weekly programs - 7 calendar days before the first program date

  • camp programs - 21 calendar days before the first program date

To request a withdrawal email for assistance.

Transfers between programs can be accepted if:

  1. You meet the withdrawal criteria deadline
  2. Space exists in the new program
  3. Both programs are within the same program session

You must pay the difference if you transfer to a program with a higher fee. If you transfer to a program with a lower fee, you are eligible for a refund in the price difference.

Before requesting a refund, consider that:

  1. Requests for refunds must be made 7 days before the start date of the single day program & registered weekly program. 
  2. Requests for refunds must be made 21 days before the start date of the camp program. 
  3. Participants who withdraw during a program for any other reason other than medical will not be issued a refund.
  4. ALL refunds/credits are subject to a administration fee ($35.00).
