The Township of Woolwich provides cemetery services at two final resting places:

There are also a number of privately-owned and rural cemeteries located within the township. The Township maintains four inactive cemeteries:

  • Bristow Pioneer
  • Hoffer
  • Sandy Hills
  • Winterbourne

These are peaceful settings to remember the life of a loved one. Our staff provides care for the families' needs which include:

  • Sale of interment rights
  • Opening and closing of interment sites
  • Ensuring compliance with the Township cemetery by-law. Please contact the Customer Service Coordinator for a copy of the by-law
