The Township of Woolwich Welcomes Jessica Stovin as Director of Recreation & Community Services
Woolwich, ON – The Township of Woolwich is excited to welcome Jessica Stovin as its new Director of Recreation & Community Services.
A respected municipal leader with more than 20 years of experience, Jessica brings a powerful combination of strategic insight, operational expertise, and community-focused leadership. She will lead the Township’s recreation, parks, facilities, cultural initiatives, and community services, playing a key role in shaping how residents connect, participate, and thrive.
“Recreation and Community services are a key aspect of a vibrant and thriving municipality,” said CAO David Brenneman. “Jessica is a proven leader who understands how to balance growth, service excellence, and community well-being. Her experience and energy will be a tremendous asset to Woolwich.”
Jessica joins Woolwich from the Town of Erin, where she served as Manager of Recreation and Culture, overseeing complex operations, advancing customer service standards, and leading community-driven programming and facility initiatives. Her career spans senior leadership roles with the Towns of Caledon, Orangeville, and Halton Hills, along with consulting work that has helped shape parks, recreation, and community services master plans across Ontario.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Jessica has led transformative initiatives in organizational effectiveness, capital planning, service delivery, and community engagement. She has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening partnerships, and delivering results that respond to evolving community needs.

The Township of Woolwich looks forward to the leadership, vision, and momentum Jessica will bring to Recreation & Community Services. She officially assumes her new role on Monday, January 5th, 2026.
