Woolwich Declares a Snow Event - Parking Ban - Effective November 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
Woolwich, ON — The Township of Woolwich has declared a Snow Event – Parking Ban beginning Friday, November 28th at 11:59 p.m. The ban will remain in effect for 24 hours, unless extended or cancelled.
During this period, on-street parking is prohibited. Vehicles parked on the road may be ticketed and/or towed to ensure safe and efficient winter maintenance operations.
Residents are reminded not to push snow from driveways onto the roadway, as this creates safety hazards and interferes with snow-clearing efforts.
While the Township’s Overnight Parking Ban does not officially begin until Monday, December 1st at 12:00 a.m., the Township may declare a Snow Event – Parking Ban at any time to allow Operations Staff to clear roads safely and effectively.
