Planning Fees & Payment Options

Above forms of payment can be made at / or delivered to the Township offices. Cheques are to be made payable to the “Township of Woolwich”

  • Drop in mail slot along Maple Street side of the Township Offices, at 24 Church Street West, Elmira, ON

Please use the Paymentus Portal to access credit card payment to the Township of Woolwich

Select from the Payment Type drop down menu one of the following which is most applicable to your application payment:

• • Development Engineering Requests
  • Consent Application (also known as Severance application)
  • Minor Variance Application
  • Zoning Compliance Certificate (for all other Planning applications)

NOTE: There are nominal credit card service charges and a convenience fee that is collected and paid to Paymentus for using the online payment system.

Please email Township Planning and Finance staff when payment is being submitted by credit card to ensure that the payment can be tracked and allocated to the correct general ledger account.
